Come, My Beloved

I'm re-reading Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. I read it for the first time about 3 years ago, and, to say the least, I was at a very different place in my life at that time. More or less, I was completely blind to the craziness that goes on in the world, outside the 'safety' of my fluffy, middle-class American upbringing (of which I do not denounce...I have been blessed beyond measure). However, as I receive sight and my ignorance melts away, I realize I am required to do much with this understanding I have been given.

This first link will take you to an organization of believers who desire to end child trafficking by pulling them out of the darkest places and shining light on their God-given destinies.

This second link leads to the Wikipedia page plot summary for Redeeming Love. If you haven't read it, male or female, know that it comes with my highest recommendation.
